Alerting Services
Informs your customers of flight delays, terminal/gate changes, flight cancellations, airport/airline alerts, city/country security alerts, as well as a trip reminder service. Alerts are privately or custom branded with contact information and can be sent via Voice, e-mail, fax or Short Messaging System (SMS). You can also create your own customized alerts or marketing messages to get in touch with your customer anywhere they may be.
Travel Information Services
Gives your customers access to real-time information, wherever they are. Available via any Web-enabled mobile device, your customers can request flight schedules, gate and time information, current itineraries and weather information.
In addition, we can work with you to customize applications for your specific needs. Applications include private branding, individualized content and links to frequently asked questions, phone numbers and contact information.
Access
Sabre Inform mobile services can be delivered to travelers via WML and HDML phones, Web-enabled PDAs and RIM Blackberry devices. Any device that receives e-mail or SMS (AOL, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ) can receive Alert Notifications. Travel Information Services are available by virtually any device with wireless Internet access.
