Activity and status information display — The Multitask Manager tool displays the activity information in a hierarchical structure to enable quick and easy monitoring. It also reveals the status of all running functions and updates the information at your specified interval. You can keep your agents in the know and in charge of the operation.
Multiple command options — Start, stop and cancel functionality with one swift click of a button. This provides you the ability to start as many iterations of an application to meet current business requirements. If particular Sabre® global distribution system queues are quite large due to increased sales, respond immediately by increasing the number of automated functions.
Real-time information display — To better monitor the activity, you can display real-time details. This is extremely useful in identifying and locating problems.
Messages saved for future reference — If you want to keep the history of a robotic function for future reference, you can save the message log in a single file.

Training and Support
Users of Multitask Manager should have a good working knowledge of Sabre Qik Developer. We offer Sabre Qik Developer training classes, both basic and advanced throughout the year. To register for Sabre Qik Developer classes, please use the online registration on the Agency eServices Web site. Online registration is located under the Training header. Select Index/Enroll in Training, scroll down to select Training by Topic, and then select Sabre Qik Developer. Additional classes may be available so contact your Sabre Travel Network representative if you don’t see a class that works for you.
