Description

Net Fare Mark-up streamlines your net fare redistribution process by enabling you to mark-up, redistribute and automatically price and ticket your net fares through the Sabre® global distribution system. The Web-enabled design provides agencies a simple, easy-to-use method for taking control of your net fares. By specifying your mark-up amount, you have more control over your revenue.

Features

Net fares are file by carriers to the Sabre system via the Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO). Net Fare Mark-up helps you focus on the revenue maximization and distribution of your net fares business. Key features of Net Fare Mark-up include:

Contract Search – view your pending contracts using multiple search criteria
Mark-up Capabilities – mark-up your net fares by a dollar amount or a percentage amount
Redistribution Capabilities – redistribute your net fares to other agencies, and specify the permissions of the receiving agencies
Status Tracker – view and track the status of any updates submitted to the Sabre system

Net Fare Mark-up can be accessed via Agency eServices. Simply click on the Fare Management Tools link beneath the Business Tools tab on the eServices home page.

TECHNICAL Requirements

Browser Requirements

Netscape Navigator 4.7 or Microsoft Internet Browser 4.0 or higher.

Other requirements include:

Airlines must file using ATPCO’s Category 35 – Negotiated Fare Restrictions. Sabre Travel Network has automated this rule category so that the information coded with ATPCO is automatically sent to the Sabre system for processing
Activation of the proper indicator in your agency's Travel Journal Record (TJR)
Addition of the necessary keywords to your employee profile records (EPRs)
